Clots

I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me... I used to get periods from hell where I would have such bad cramps that I could be curled up on the bathroom floor all day with a hot pad and throwing up but it’s gotten better since i’m on the pill now, but my flow is still insane and it’s all clotted and awful and no matter what pad I use, they don’t work very well because it’s all clots and they don’t soak into it, and i’m afraid of wearing tampons to bed, does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
