Sharp Stomach pains and cramps

Ladies I need your help! I’m not sure if I’m having contractions even though I’ve had them previously but this time it’s different. It’s a mixture of stomach pains and cramps. I have occasional lower back cramps but it’s mostly cramps on either sides of like my ovaries and sharp stomach pains. I am 36&2 days and my OB stayed he’s not stopping it if the baby is coming because 1 I’m high risk with diabetes and 2 she’s over 8 pounds already. This has been going on for about an hour now. I’m just not sure if I should go to the hospital.

Help please I need your advice
