HPV cancerous

Hi ladies. So I was diagnosed with HPV a cancerous strain in June. Since then I’ve visited my gyno that would take care of me basically throughout my carrying of HPV. She said I’ll be okay as long as I don’t smoke due to being so young (20, now 21). It’s been 6 months since then and I met the man of dreams. We have had sex and tonight I was checking myself out downstairs and just noticed it’s.. different. Like when I spread my lips I can really see everything. Is it because I have cancer? Or because I’ve been having sex? Before this I never had sex for personal reasons. Also I’m asking because I suffer from anxiety and feel like I have cancer 24/7, and yes I am making an OBGYN appointment but I just wanted opinions... also I have low grade lesions.
