Chemical? Pic of clot and white bump.

I started spotting very lightly the day I was suppose to get my period I didn’t think much about it until after about five days it went away and never got heavier like my normal period. I kept my divacup in over night last night just incase. When I woke up I decided I should take a pregnancy test just to double check and a very faint line showed up. I took my cup out and there was a lot of dark blood this time, and two clots one the size of a quarter and then there was the one that’s in the picture. Above the arrow is a very small clear/white bump. Could this be a chemical?
