Has anyone ever been pregnant in your fallopian tubes? If yes what were your symptoms?

I only ask, because my friend states her period was 10 days late and she keeps having a throbing pulsing light pain in her lower back. Since 1 week before her period..she took an at home pregnancy test and it was negative.

I told her she needs to seek a Doctor and also have a blood test drawn, and she refuses...
