BFP on Xmas day, test today say negative???

I got a BFP on frer pink dye and ept digital. Tonight i tested on another ept digital and a cheapie and both were negative. Not my fmu so maybe urine was diluted? Did blood work on Wednesday and today to check my hcg, they said yesterday my hcg was low and wanted me to get blood work today to see if it doubles. Called a few times today to see what results were but nurses said doctor hadn’t reviewed it yet and now office is closed.

Should i test again tmw morning with fmu? Now I’m really nervous what is going on??
