What are these bumps!!!

Okay so I have these bumps that I just started to see because they are getting bigger and I'm kinda getting more and they look like pimples but idk!!!the only time I've ever had sex was with a female and shes never had sex with anyone because were only 15 and that was is October so I know it isn't a std but can anyone tell me what it is? It looks like that but It only start with one side half way and now it's on both sides and fully so I'm kinda scared!
