NC District 9 new election, should Mark Harris be allowed to run again?

Question

TLDR version.  Mark Harris hired Dowless for election board.  Dowless was paid a bonus of $40,000 if Mark Harris won.. Dowless had staff go out and collect mail in ballots (illegal) and they got paid a bonus if they were left open... in Bladen county only 12%~ of mail in ballots were registered Republican yet received 86% of the Republican votes... Harris won by 905 votes and Bladen county has 1100 people living there.. 
So our state wants to do a new election and new primaries.  I personally dont think Harris should be allowed to run again for having documented election fraud.. (despite his archaic "women belong in the home" rhetoric..)

Mark Harris is homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, and anti-muslim. All of that aside, dishonesty and corruption in politics should never be rewarded. Mark Harris should not be allowed to run again and all guilty parties should face appropriate legal consequences and the permanent loss of their jobs.

No, he shouldn't be able to run again. NC politics are so fucked up. I've lived here for 3.5 years, moving to CO in May and I absolutely cannot wait to be rid of this politically virulent state. It has so much beauty in it but overall...

Every time a client ask me how I like DC more than NC I always say I like it better because it’s a constant political nightmare down there. The younger incoming crowd from the multiple university cities want to change to more liberal state, where the older conservative crowd wants to cling on to whatever “Christian values” they want to force on everyone. Sometimes you go to bed and wake up to a crazy new law trying to be passed or voted on. It’s absolutely ridiculous and messy 🤦🏼‍♀️

However, if I’m reading correctly he hasn’t actually been charged with anything yet. I’m really not fond of the idea of curtailing someone’s ability to run before that happens. 
I do hope that the media continues to blast the story, and that measures are put into place to prevent him from tampering with results.

It’s more than likely that he knew what was going on. However if there is no proof or evidence of his knowledge of illegal activities, then I think he should be allowed to run again. Honestly, if all that needed to happen for him to stand a chance, and with all the controversy surrounding his camp and the election, odds are he won’t win anyway.

not surprised at all that he’s republican, of course that automatically makes him up to no good. he could not have possibly won fair and square lol. 🤦🏻‍♀️
bottom line is, he’s innocent until proven guilty.
