Usually my 6 month old is a pretty decent sleeper. Up once in the night to feed then right back down. Would occasionally have some troubles getting to sleep but nothing major.

The last week or so has been insane. She will nurse to sleep( which is her norm) Then 30 mins later she’s crying. Rock her back to sleep and she’s awake again within 30 mins. Rock and nurse her back to sleep and it’s the same thing. After the first few times, she’s then up and ready to party for 2 hours. She’s not usually upset during these awake sessions. Her naps have been really bad too. My daycare says she can just put her down and she falls asleep on her own, which I don’t believe. With me she’ll take one decent nap and one cat nap. Not for lack of trying.

Sorry for the lengthy post, but please I need some advice. Not looking to “sleep train” unless there is a more gentle method?
