Body lotion on my face 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well I just had to put some creamy body lotion on my face bc my skin is so dry it’s flaking off. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m at work and body lotion is all I have. Anyone else dealing with super dry skin and dry/flakey scalp??? What are you using to cope?? Does anything help? I know my baby is totally worth it and I’m so happy to be pregnant and blah blah blah, but damn sometimes pregnancy is annoying!!!
