How to make milk come in?

I’m currently NOT pregnant but am pursuing adoption. It is a dream of mine to breastfeed my baby and I was wondering if anyone has any tips to help my milk come in since I’m not pregnant? It would be very appreciated.

Medical intervention ,, there is a medication  that can make you lactate but there are many side effects. Speak with your Dr!

Use a pump every day three times a day. Massage boobs while pumping. Milk will start to come in but it does take a while. Also maybe try mother’s milk tea
