Breastfeeding with PPD

My babies were 37 weeks gestation at birth but they were still stripped from my arms and taken to the NICU. My heart was set on breastfeeding exclusively but I thought they wouldn't be able to leave until they gained a lot of weight so I allowed them to supplement (big mistake!) Weighted feeds showed they both only transferred 10ml after 20 minutes... when I pumped I wouldn't even get 0.5oz COMBINED. I felt like I wasnt bonding and like I was watching someone else's kids. Could my PPD and lack of bonding be why I can't produce milk?
