I took the test apart and there’s a little blue line next to to the circle where it’s suppose to be to be.

When you take the test apart, it immediately becomes invalid. What did the test look like before you took it apart?

I’d just mark down as negative and take another test if you are still unsure. Taking tests apart is never a good idea, give it another day or so and take a new test.
