Two year olds go through a MASSIVE sleep regression! Google it; there are so many tips to get through it! Our son has been going through it so badly but after 3 weeks he’s finally getting back to his usual sleep routine! It can be done; you just have to push through. You’ll regret giving up the nap when the regression is over. Keep up the routine and stand strong!

Ideally, children should be taking one nap a day until they go to kindergarten. Naps should never be cut at those ages. It's really important for their growth and development. That's nuts to me that you would think to do that.

My kids are 3 and 6 and i feel lucky they still nap everyday. Myb6 year old takes a nap after school most days
