TMI question about discharge. No pics

Ok, so I'm experiencing a discharge I've never really noticed. I've always been overweight due to hormonal imbalances, but have recently hit my 50lbs. weight loss marker.

For the first time in my adult life, I can see my lady parts when I go to the restroom. I noticed there was a milky film on my clit. It wasn't super wet, but smooth and has no odor. I am not having any symptoms of an infection, but I'm not sure it's normal..

I read that a white discharge is normal at ovulation and pregnancy, but due to hormonal imbalances, I've never really experienced either one of those things.

Should I be worried or is this normal?
