1 week PP & constipated
Omg. The last few days have been so painful. The hospital didn’t give me anything. I bought colace and started taking it as soon as I got home. I’ve had a bit of bowel movement but they’ve been small and painful like rocks. It takes me about an hour each time. I push so hard with not much success. What can I do to help it? I’ve had colace, prunes oatmeal. 😭 when will it get better
