Belly button pain

Have any of you guys ever dealt with excruciating belly button pain? I was told it was gas at first but I haven’t been feeling gassy at all, it’s gotten to the point where I can’t stand up, can’t use the bathroom, have no appetite because I’m in too much pain to eat (although I am hungry?) and I just don’t know what to do. I don’t want to go to the doctor because it’s so expensive, only to find out that t was only gas in the end.
