Loss of symptoms??

I’m 10w3d & over the last few weeks my symptoms have eased up a lot. My breast were really tender until around 8 weeks & nausea started to ease up between 8-9 weeks as well. I still get it here & there but nothing like before. I’ve had 2 great scans one at 7w4d & 9w3d & I know the 2nd trimester is supposed to be easier but I feel like this is too soon? I’ve had 2 MC this past year which never made it past 8 weeks so I’m just super nervous 😩

Has anyone lost symptoms this early & everything turned out to be okay??!
