Hcg 2000

According to my first day of my last period which is nov 7 I should be like 7 weeks pregnant. Went and got labs done 2 days ago and the nurse called me today and said my hcg is 2000. She just kept saying the doc wants me to come in to do another ultrasound (first one was just the stomach)

What does this all mean?!? should I be worried?!? I wish the damn office gave me more details
