19 weeks, lactating? TMI

Hey everyone, so last week i noticed a sticky whitish/clear substance coming from my nipples. I guessed it to be colostrum. Now every single time i think of my unborn baby or even my animals i start uncontrollably dripping🤦🏼‍♀️😂. Did this happen to anyone else? It only happens when I don’t wear a bra so pads won’t help, and it’s so uncomfortable to get my shirt soaked every hour😩. Any tips/ advice/ similar stories would be great! This is my first time being pregnant and it’s a weird sensation!
