Deathly afraid of labor

Any comforting advice? I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m deathly afraid of labor. I’m planning on a natural birth because i do not want an epidural (I don’t want to hear about it I made my mind up thankssss) but I’m really terrified. I know all the bad stuff but I’m having bad anxiety from it. Please no rude comments or trying to smart mouth. I just need to hear positives !!!!!!! Tyia
