Back sleeping😴
So I haven’t slept on my back since the beginning of my first trimester. I guess just mentally my body kept me on my sides but now at 29 weeks suddenly I keep catching myself sleeping on my back.. I was just wondering if there’s any health related reason I should try finding a new way to fight sleeping on my back? I don’t wanna cause my baby boy not myself of course any health issues because I couldn’t stay sleeping on my sides...
