Weird HCG levels — help!!

Not sure what to think. Just had a D&C on 11/20 at 11 weeks after missed miscarriage (baby stopped growing at 8). Dr okayed us to start trying again right away. Got a positive on 12/18 and went for labs. HCG was only 8. Its been rising slowly (levels and dates below). I had a chemical pregnancy the month before this last miscarriage (lost around 5 weeks).

Im just not sure how far along I could be or if this will be viable. Im assuming I ovulated late due to the D&C. Dr finally let me have progesterone a few days ago.

Also had a ultrasound on 12/30 to r/o ectopic due to right side pain and they saw nothing in the tube or the uterus. Which dr said could be normal this early.

Anyone have a similar experience or opinion? This is my 4th pregnancy which one 2 year old child.
