Which type of baby wear?

Expecting our third and planning on wearing baby regularly since I’ll have 3 under 5 and need more hands. I’ve never worn before and I have an ergo original. Which type of wearing would you recommend for the first few months? My back gets sore very fast.

The baby ktan. It’s like a boba but it is pre-wrapped so all you have to do is slip over your head, put your arms through and plop in baby. You can pull the back cross down or up to fit your back well. I have a bad back and it worked great for me. I used this carrier until she was 10 months then I switched to lillebaby because it was more supportive for her since she was trying to lean all over the place.
