6 Month Old

What do you do with a 6 month old who's very active and needs a lot of attention and things to do? I keep putting orajel on his gums, he has 2 teeth.. teething tablets, Motrin, everything. I play with him, give him soft toys and teething rings, feed him, everything... put him down in the floor to crawl, put him in his walker. Just sometimes it gets to be a lot. I need new things to try with him, but also anything that could help give me a break sometimes and keep him occupied. He's never been a calm baby, and my daughter was very calm and easy... he's always been active and needs a lot of stimulation. The main thing I've struggled with ever since he was about 3 months is getting a break. I've said it over and over that I need a break. It seems like the only time I get a break is when he's napping... which isn't a lot anymore. I do this completely alone. No one is here to help the majority of the time. Ugh... just tired this morning. I know this will pass... just looking for some new ideas that can help me out also.
