Insurance help

I found out IVF is covered by my insurance for $15,000. The price of IVF when i was going to do self pay was $10,500. I had a consult today and noticed the paper said $20,000-$30,000 will be billed to my insurance depending on what is done. Should I call and ask about this? I guess it’s different if it’s not self pay? It honestly might be cheaper to do self pay cause my plan is $2700 deductible and then I still have to pay 20% for any services after that.
