Would you quit your job?

My husband works part time at 38 hours a week. He brings home $1200 a month. I recently got a new job with great benefits and bring home $1400 a month. We want to TTC but want a plan for babysitting. I’ve read it costs $13/hr roughly in our area... which comes to around $1800. Daycare would be more difficult for us time wise but cheaper at around $1300-1400. I’d love to be able to be home with the kids when the time comes but I’m fearful. Any advice?
