Friends gave my hygiene products for Christmas ????

I’m kind of embarrassed. My friends and I all met for lunch and to exchange gifts today. We were all busy during the holiday so we just did it late. The majority of my gifts included perfume and lotion which isn’t that weird for a typical girl gift but they also had dry shampoo and deodorant. I feel like they think I smell or something. I asked my boyfriend and his mom afterwards if I have a body odor issue. I know they would be honest with me and they said I don’t smell. Should I be worried or ignore it?
