My period was shorter this month

Ok according to glow and FF my period was supposed to come on 12/29 or 12/30 I started spotting brown mucus on the 26 until the 29th on my predictive period I got a medium to heavy bleeding which was for 2 Days My Cramps were like contractions(I have other kids so I know the feeling) since I had started my period I started on The pill I felt really sick dizzy light headed and felt like my blood pressure went up.. I calmed my self down called my husband because I was scared. After the heavy bleeding it went light to spotting to only seeing it on the toilet paper. I tested in the beginning and I saw a vvfl on the Walgreens brand so I disregarded the test because I though it was an indent. I tested today because my period was weird and I got a vvvfl again
