Can antidepressants change periods?

My period is typically fairly the same each time I get it. Terrible pain and flow the first day that comes on very quickly that gradually decreases as the days goes on. But this month I spotted for two days before my period actually came which I never do and the rest of my period was oddly different also. I’m on citalopram that I’ve took for roughly a month now and that’s the only thing I can think of that might’ve changed it. Is it possible? It’s my first period I’ve had while ive been on it.
