Before OB Appointments

Does anyone else get super anxious right before their appointments? I’m not sure if it is just me trying not to get my hopes up each time, but I’m constantly worrying that I’ll be told something isn’t right when I go into these appointments. It’s been so hard to just enjoy being pregnant this time around because I’m fearful that my whole world will come crashing down.

I had a miscarriage early on in May and I feel like it is completely taking over this pregnancy, even though I know every pregnancy is different! I’m 18 +1 and still paranoid. I head baby’s heartbeat on 12/27, saw baby 12/21, and am hoping al goes well today...

Sorry, just feeling meh today...
