Missed period

So iv missed my period...... but I also have a kidney infection and today iv been peeing blood and the doctor gave me tablets someone said it could be implantation bleeding? Has anyone els bled with a water infection?? The bleeding only lasted today and was a pinky colour my partner wants me to do a test but I’m in denial and keep saying my period will come......... we have been trying for a baby for months and it hasn’t happened and now it looks like a possibility it’s just surprised me and my head is all over the place!
