Scared of GD causing MH spiral TW
So I just had my 1 hour glucose test today. I’m terrified that I’m going to fail and then fail the next one as well. But not for the usual reasons.

I’m scared that if I wind up needing finger pricks and insulin that it will trigger self harm thoughts. I’m 13 months clean from all self harm but I struggled with it for more than a decade. Idk. Just having a lot of obsessive worries about it.
