weight
i had surgery about a month and a half ago and my weight dropped like 13 pounds because it was on my throat so i could eat a lot and then i gained it all back plus some. i want to start to work out and i have been along with drinking lemon water and eating healthier, until we go out to eat which is like every weekend. but sense my brother is home from the military we’ve been going out to eat a lot more so he can have food from here (he was in japan). but i don’t want to tell my parents that i’m working out because (im only 15) so i know they will make fun of me and be like “oh wow you’ve never worked out before are you trying to impress your boyfriend” but not at all. my dad has a work set that he doesn’t use so i took the 5 pound weights because i know he won’t notice them gone and i’ve been using those to work out but other then that i don’t know what else to do i want to sign up for a gym so i can’t work out in a public place and not be criticized. but i’m only 15 and i need to be 16 to get a membership and i don’t drive. so i’m kinda stuck and it sucks because i want to brin up the treadmill but there isn’t any room in the first floor to put it so it’s been sitting in the basement for the longest time.
