**TMI** Can Anyone please tell my why i have all these bumps on me

ive had these bumps on me for the longest and ive felt so self concious about it i dont know how to get rid of it or what it seriously is and it bothers me so much i have a boyfriend and im so self concious about it he doesnt mind it but i really do because i see all these girls with clear butts and i look at mine can anyone let me know what this could be ? or how to get rid of it or if they have it as well ?
