Long term issue wirh what i thought were ingrown hairs....
I frequently get these sore spots in my bikini area. I thought they were ingrown hairs but I don't shave and don't do anything down there at all. I think maybe it's because of friction with my pants?
Anyways maybe you guys can help. I get these really painful lumps under my skin. They don't really come to a head like pimples or boils. Id say about nickel sized, under the skin. It hurts pretty badly. Sometimes they do come to a head like a pimple or boil and even tho you aren't supposed to because of bacteria, I will pop them because otherwise my legs just rub against each other and fabric and it gets messed up anyway.
But sometimes they don't and I end up draining those too because it relieves the pain. When I apply pressure a lot of dark yellowish brown pus comes out along with a LOT of blood. I'm talking a lot. And under high pressure too, more than once I have pressed down only for blood to spurt all over my arm, glasses, even the wall one time. I get out as much nasty stuff as possible but it doesn't always get everything and I still have a pretty sizeable lump but it goes away and I keep it clean.
I've been getting these for years along with tons of ingrown hairs that have left almost like pock marks and dark places around my bikini line and inner thighs.
They come an go so I know they're not like tumors or something. I don't think it's anything to do with the lymph nodes.
Sometimes they've gotten to the point I've taken a sharp xacto knife to try and drain it more but it never helped. It's like there's more in there but I can never get all of it.
Any idea what it could be or what I should do about it? My gynecologist didn't mention anything when she did her exam, about the scars on my legs and stuff.
