Help! Has it moved?!

So I’ve only had my Mirena iud for about 2-3 weeks. I had my period and it ended on the 1st of Jan, last night I had this pain on one side of my lower abdomen/uterus, I woke up with this pain as well and also started bleeding today on the 5th. I went to check my strings and they felt lower than where they were before. Has it slipped down?

I will be calling the doctors on Monday morning as well as I’m going away for 2 weeks soon, I just wanted to see other peoples opinions 💕
