Ideas??

30+2, I want to do things to prep for labor. I'm already drinking rrlt 2x daily. I know walking is a plus as well as squats. I eat dates too, when I remember haha.

What else can I do to prep my body for a nice & easy labor? Or maybe to shorten labor?

Both! When rubbing on bottoms of feet, inner ankles and in stomach. Diluted with coconut oil

What did you do with the clary sage oil? Breathe straight from the bottle or dilute and rub in?

I recommend practicing your breathing if you haven’t started already. It’s key to relaxation whether you go natural or not. I found it helpful also to have a “toolbox”’of positions and coping mechanisms. Penny Simkin’s 3 R’s of Childbirth and The Birth Partner (book) were super helpful for me and my husband.

I do have an app I found that has some really good breathing and relaxation exercises. With my last I went natural but it was my first time out of 3 births. I feel like it wasnt too hard for me but I felt like there were other things I could have done to make it easier. My husband goes clueless when I go into labor so I basically labored on .y own while he sat there lol I'm hoping I cam get him to do counter pressure this time. I was gbs+ last time and came in with bulging water sack and 7 cm so they wouldnt let me out of the bed which sucked as well.
