My ex before this relationship

I cant stop thinking about my ex from 2 yrs ago... The relationahip was toxic but so passionate and adventurous... I cant stop thinking about him and I'm pregnant with my recent ex's baby... I feel nothing for the father of my baby... I cant let go of my ex tho... I can only see limited things on social media..but he looks so happy and treats her the way i always wished he treated me.. We were together for 4 yrs.. It ended horribly.. But I cant get him out of my head. Shoot me.
