One year old with fever.

Anyone think this might be symptoms of a UTI?

Fever for 60 hours. Gradually getting higher. Temporal temperature is 102.6F at the highest last night. It initially started at 99F. She is irritable and fussy. Sleeping a lot.

I’m alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen and her fever is gone with meds but she is still very tired and fussy. She is eating and drinking.

Do you think a trip to the urgent care is in order to rule out an infection? I usually wait three days if fever isn’t too high to see if it breaks..but wondering if I should be safe and go in today.
