What would I need in my hospital labour bag?

Question

This is what I currently have and I'm not sure what else would I need ? 
I know that I'm missing 
* formula milk
*going home outfit and comfy clothes for myself 
*toiletries for myself such as toothbrush,toothpaste )
I'll also be breast feeding ( Well I'll try to ) but just encase I wanna have formula right there
But not sore if I have everything for the baby ?

Your hospital is going to provide literally your whole list almost.

Generally the hospital will provide for babies needs (diapers, wipes, formula if not breastfeeding, clothing-usually just a hat and plain onsie and then you swaddle them with a blanket they provide) so for baby you probably only need the going home outfit.  Think about it this way, they will make sure you’re fed and not naked and they will do the same for the baby. I would focus more on what YOU need that isn’t necessarily going to be provided in a travel kit type deal that they might give you with toothpaste and stuff like that:
Glasses/contacts, phone charger, comfy clothes, robe, razor, etc.

From your list I'm guessing you're not american(You're getting free(or almost free) healthcare /birth) my hospital list is very similar, however I was told that bottles/formula are not needed as the hospital has all formula brands and they use a specific bottle for newborns(the midwife also does the first feed if bottle feeding to make sure there are no issues)
So based on that if say you are missing slippers(you can't walk around in just socks and your flip flops may be wet from the shower)
Snacks (don't trust the hospital food/After birth you will be starving)
Scratch mittens(to stop baby accidentally scratching their eyes/face)
