Am I showing already?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant today. I’m a curvier girl naturally and have always had a little tummy. Today I was in a slim fitting work dress and someone who does not know I’m pregnant asked if I was. I was shocked. I mean I feel like I gained weight so far. But I didn’t think it looked like baby weight. Did anyone else show so early?

It is technically not my first pregnancy. I had a D&C last year for fetal abnormalities (my baby had severe spina bfida). With my first pregnancy I made it to almost twenty weeks and barely felt like I was showing at all.
