Cinnamon is bad?

I saw on a post on here that cinnamon is bad for you while preggo? I’m In my first trimester and I eat sugar cinnamon toast in the morning is this bad?

A LOT of cinnamon can cause contractions, but you’d really have to be consuming an excessive amount. Like, don’t drink 5 cinnamon-spiced teas in a row, but cinnamon toast is fine. 😋

Like someone else said above, in high concentrations, it can cause problems. If you consume too much, it can cause contractions and liver issues. But having toast, you’re good. Enjoy your toast.

It it’s more cinnamon essential oils we need to stay away from because it’s so concentrated.  Eating normal amounts of it is fine
