Late period

Ok so I'll start off by saying I had my tubes clamped 2 years ago as of this month. My period cycles usually last from 28-30 days, i spotted once on day 26 and once on day 27. It was literally only there once each day when I used the restroom. I'm currently on cycle day 37 and there's no sign of af at all. I took a test and it was neg so does anyone have any clues as to what's going on?

Does anybody have any other ideas because it still hasn't started
