How do you mix the cereals with milk?

I feed my baby 4oz of water and 2 cups of formula(18g). How much cereals should i put?

None. You don’t put cereals in a baby’s bottle. It’s a choking hazard. When baby is ready for foods (definitely not before four months, but it’s actually recommended to wait until six months) - then you can introduce cereals - but it should be in a spoon. 
Also - many people skip right over the cereals and go straight to purées or even BLW (baby led weaning - at 6 months) because cereals are empty calories and have little if any nutritional value. 
And in case you’ve heard otherwise: Cereals do not make them sleep longer (proven by science).

Ive been told not to put cereal in bottles. Its reccomended to wait until 6 months for solid food (used to be 4 months, but they are recommending later now). Talk to your doctor for personalized advice
