Anyone eles feel that their house is constantly trashed?

It seems lile no matter how much i clean my house is always completely trashed. Every single room. Am I the only one? Its sooo activating. I dont even wanna let anyone in because I'm embareassed of it. And to make things worse my boyfriend never does the little tjings i ask of him, like ill clean all i ask you to do is not throw your trash in the floor 😭 although he only works 3 days a week. I feel lioe theres no excuse for him to just sit on his ass while i clean the house take care of the kids and try to do my school work.
