Possible Early Pregnancy Symptom???

SO I had an infertility work up done the other day. Nothing blaring is happening. It’s just been about a year since we’ve started ttc and my periods have always been irregular, so my doctor just wanted to do the bloodwork before possibly considering a little push with Clomid. Anyway, everything came back normal but my prolactin level was mildly elevated. I don’t think they checked for HCG level. At first I was very concerned bc I guess in some cases elevated levels can be from a tumor on your pituitary gland but they said that the level is usually a lot higher if it’s a tumor and it’s probably due to stress or something. But they did still do a redraw just incase. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows if prolactin is mildly elevated during early pregnancy? I’m due for my period soon. Honestly, at this point, I don’t really want to take another test because every test I’ve taken has been just heartbreaking. Last min note, I have been pretty nauseous and my breast have been pretty tender this past week, so other possible symptoms???? I also get those symptoms with pms so idk.
