Ttc blues

Ive been ttc for a while now and its driving me crazy opk kits and all . Mind you i have 4 kids already and idk whats going on. It might b my husband all my other kids are from a prior relationship. So im up to the point were im taking prenatals bought pregnitude and just ordered some preseed it comes in tomorrow so hopefully since its my fertile week im hoping it helps.. like what am i supposed to do next if it doesnt .. anyone use these products and have them work for them
