Trying to figure out
Had a miscarriage in July and possibly just had one this past week.
I am 40 years old. Trying to figure out what helps on my egg quality.
I’ve been eating fruits n veggies. Making healthy smoothies. Eating salmon, nuts, cooked eggs. Taking prenatal, baby aspirin, my high blood medication which is safe when I get pregnant, folic acid.
I’ve hear Coq10 and maca root is good. Coq10 helps with egg quality. Is there any supplements that would help?
Are these the right Coq10 and maca? How many mg daily? And when should I start and stop taking them?
