Seriously... If you have to ask that question, then don't marry her. Perhaps there's something more you are not revealing, such as you don't like children in general or that kid -- which you did not give an age. To love a woman with a kid, you have to love that kid; it's a package deal.
If the kid is a pre-teen or teenager and giving you a hard time, the father is in the picture giving you a hard time or you simply don't like kids or someone else kid, do yourself and woman a BIG favor... don't marry her if you can't deal with it. You also didn't say that you truly love this woman and if you do, then you should be willing to love, sacrifice, compromise, give time, and accept having an instant family (freely). You don't have second thoughts -- like you are doing right now.
Something else to think about. Do you want a kid or two of your own? Is she willing and are you capable of handling this? I'm 99% sure another child will come. When this does happen are you going to treat both kids the same way? In other words, no favorites when one has your blood. Otherwise, it would be the worst thing you could do... destroy a loving relationship/marriage/family when you love one kid more than the other - so think about this long and hard before you decide to pull the trigger and marry this woman.  
If you are not good with kids or uncomfortable, I suggest you prolong not getting married and be honest with her about your decision. Better yet, you can always find a motherless child.

Only you can answer. How's hour relationship? Can you handle what the future brings? Just don't lead her own because that'd be a dick move, decide what you need to decide asap 
Personally, I would never get in a relationship with a man with kids because *I* don't want this type of baggage in my life. I deal with enough as it is.
